JUUC hosts Program 360 Law Student (ILEARN) Raises the bar for academic excellence and personal development of members.

From leadership, to mentorship, court room advocacy, public speaking, human relations, internship and branding to mention (but) a few, these were the antecedents for this year's iLearn virtual college of the Justice Udo Udoma Chamber,
an innovation poised with strengthening the academic footings and personal development of individuals even outside the classroom.

Being maiden the Chairman Board of trustees, Mkpoikanna Nsikak Aniefiok MBOHO, SAL in his address stated thus,

"I cannot but express my thankfulness to God and surely my joy. Having borne the dream to establish an arm of the Chambers that would cater for the lifelong need of enlightenment and education, we had put all hands to work to ensure that that dream was given physicality and activeness. And today, we can boast of the reality of this dream."


One highlights of the program included the Inaugural service which took place on the 18th of April, tutees got to familiarize between themselves, members of the board of trustees and the ILearn team, followed swiftly was the launching of the info-brochure an insight into the calender, structure, and courses for this year's college.




The first lecture which officially begun on
Monday, 20th of April had Busola Ajala, a business savvy and founder strictly law business, a law premier academy founded to teach and train lawyers on law business management during lectures said most lawyers do not believe that the LEGAL INDUSTRY is a business industry like other industries which absence of this knowledge has deprived us from exploring the businessman approach in our legal practice. She further made mention of branding being very essential as legal sales personnel.


Also, Barr. Grace Kalu a first class graduate of the Nigerian Law school and owner Swift careers, a graduate of the host institution took on human relations where soft skills like communication, cooperation, empathy, understanding temperament amongst others are inevitable to one's progression.

This is just the tip of the iceberg as other well seasoned professionals from Oil & Gas law, Public speaking, Taxation, ADR and various aspects of law revived our test for knowledge.




Activities that made the climax were the test given to tutees in other to forge excellence and memory. The graduation ceremony took place on May 6th in a very unforgettable experience. Certificate of participation were awarded to all participants and merits were awarded to outstanding tutees, among such were the top four picks - 4th, Chinenye Okeke with a total grade percentage of 92%, three persons tied 3rd place which include Favour Okoragba,
Samuel John, and Uchenna Awa with a total grade percentage of 94%. Maryjane Unaka came 2nd with 96%
Sarah Iwenwa with total grade percentage of 98% emerged the best student.

Well scripted remarks were made by various distinguished members on the ILearn team and the board, the event closed with a prayer by one of the tutees, Nuraini Anas.
