(Statistic Brain, 2016) According to Forbes, 2015, for 95% of employees surveyed, personal appearance contributes exceedingly to the quota when determining whether a person is fit for the job and fit to keep it. One's dress sense for an interview shows the amount of interest, passion and readiness a candidate has for the job. When stepping into an interview room, appearance is the first to be seen, not certificates, qualifications, experience, accent, CV and more.  Just like a food that doesn't look appealing would not give much encouragement to be eaten, a candidate that doesn't look interesting and ready may not be wholeheartedly...

While many praise Disney's effort at representation, especially in her diverse casting, the most prominent being the casting of Haile Bailey as Ariel, many have criticised the casting decision and generally, the plot of the movie, noting that it was rather plain and not captivating enough. However, perhaps the most concerning issue is whether Disney has lost their creativity as the remakes seem more and more alarming with everyday that passes.
